Zipcoin ($ZC) is the currency of Neon Chinatown. $CHINATOWN trades against it in the city's Uniswap v4 pool. The street tax on $CHINATOWN is fixed forever: 2% buy / 1% sell (Stockereum launch). Zipcoin itself carries its own 1% market tax. Nobody can rewrite the rates — not holders, not the Council, not the deploy key after renounce.
